Our Story

Deejay’s Auto is the culmination of decades of hard work, determination, and a deep-rooted entrepreneurial spirit. Vijay, our founder, began working toward his dreams at the age of 12, navigating the streets of Haryana, India, on his bike, selling metal cups to local shops and farming to help support his family while attending school. Those early experiences, balancing school, family responsibilities, and small business ventures, instilled in him the work ethic and resilience that define what he’s built today.

 

After years of successfully managing businesses across various industries, Vijay founded Deejay’s Auto Scooters & Motorcycles in 2005. Initially focused on two-wheeled vehicles, Vijay soon recognized the growing need for reliable, affordable cars in the Brantford community. In 2007, Deejay’s Auto expanded into selling cars, and Dave joined to manage the service sector, bringing a shared commitment to quality and customer care.

 

With Dave overseeing service, every vehicle met the highest safety standards, helping us earn a reputation built on trust and reliability. This partnership laid the foundation for Deejay’s Auto’s growth.

 

Our team, with many members who have been with us since 2009, forms the foundation of Deejay’s Auto. Their dedication and loyalty have played a pivotal role in driving our steady growth, supported by word-of-mouth referrals and loyal returning customers. Over the years, the business has evolved in numerous ways, ultimately relocating to a larger facility down the street in 2015 to better serve our growing customer base. Today, Deejay’s Auto is powered by a team of like-minded individuals who uphold the same values and principles on which the company was founded, continuing our mission of quality service and community care.

 

In 2015, we moved to a larger location, but the core values that shaped Deejay’s Auto—perseverance, teamwork, and a passion for serving the Brantford community—remain at the heart of everything we do. Today, we continue to provide exceptional vehicles and service with the same commitment that started it all.
